Dimensions: approx. 27 x 30.5 x 1.4 cm
Material: walnut wood
Cleaning:
Wipe down with a damp cloth after use - if heavily soiled, clean with a little washing-up liquid and a brush and rinse thoroughly - and leave to dry thoroughly while standing upright.
Not dishwasher safe.
Re-oiling:
Re-oiling extends the life of the wooden product and also restores the surface protection so that bacteria and germs cannot penetrate so deeply into the wood. Clean the wooden board as described above and leave to dry thoroughly. Apply a little cooking oil with a piece of kitchen paper and rub in well. Polish again after approx. 1 hour. We recommend using conventional but high-quality cooking oil (cold-pressed virgin oil) as this does not clog the fine pores and penetrates the capillaries better.
