Bread knife Sechseläuten Panorama Knife
Handcrafted in the Alps, this special bread knife combines precise craftsmanship with living tradition – and a generous dose of Sechseläuten love. The blade is adorned with the Böögg, and the serrated edge is also inspired by the Böögg.
The blade is made of surgical steel, material number 1.4116, material designation AISI 440A, Rockwell hardness 54-55 HRC. The almost velvety handle is made of walnut wood.
The knife comes in a high-quality, engraved walnut wood storage box.
