Shipping costs:

Switzerland and Liechtenstein:

Shipping within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein is handled via A-Post.

The cost per package is CHF 9.00. Shipping is free for orders of CHF 100.00 or more.

Europe:

We ship within Europe using PostPac International Priority.

Shipping costs are CHF 40.00 per package. For orders of CHF 100.00 or more, the cost is reduced to CHF 25.00.

For orders with a delivery address in the European Union, Swiss VAT is deducted from the sales price.

Upon import into the destination country, import sales tax (VAT of the destination country), customs duties, and potentially other fees may apply. These import charges are not included in the sales price and must be paid by the recipient.

The actual charges depend on the destination country, the value of the goods, and the type of goods ordered. They may be collected by the parcel service or customs authorities upon import or delivery.

Please note: The deduction of Swiss VAT does not mean that the order is exempt from taxes and customs duties upon import into the EU.

International:

International shipments* are also sent via PostPac International Priority. The cost per package is CHF 75.00. For orders of CHF 100.00 or more, shipping costs are CHF 50.00.

*We also ship to the USA using PostPac International Priority.

Shipping costs are currently CHF 75.00 per package. Additionally, a surcharge of 20% of the cart value is applied to cover customs fees and duties. For orders exceeding USD 800, the recipient should also anticipate additional import fees. These costs are levied by the relevant authority and charged directly to the recipient.

Restrictions on international shipping:

For safety and transport reasons, certain products cannot be shipped to all countries.

In particular, matches, flammable liquids, certain oils, sprays, lighters, and other hazardous goods may be excluded from international shipping.

If an order contains products that cannot be shipped to the destination country due to applicable transport or import regulations, we reserve the right to remove these products from the order or to cancel the order.

Additional import restrictions may apply to specific products and countries.
